  1. Cant believe this crap with punctures. Big up for the peleton for waiting for Cuddles. Ai, Rolland gonna be in the dogbox for attacking. A little bit like Contador attacking Andy.
  2. WTF? How the hell? Must be British soccer hooligans.
  3. Nespresso. Bought a Pixie with a seperate frother as the Citiz was too bulky and I ocassionally use the frother. For me its perfect as I leave home early in the morning and in less than a minute I have a decent cup of coffee. My favourites are Indrya and Arpeggio and Roma.
  4. Aah yes. The RB 1000 and 800. Some of my best work. I see National Cycles are the agents www.nationalcycles.co.za.
  5. I scheme its the fact they are leading team competition. You will see they have yellow numbers too.
  6. Nobody playing today? It was a tough question today. What is the common technology associated with both the 695 and the new L96 track? The fork The single-piece carbon crankset The stem The seat-post The only similiarity i can find is the ZED crankset. The L96 is actually new for the London Olympics. Here is a link for he pdf press release: http://www.lookcycle.com/media/upload/L96_GB.pdf Im gonna go with the crankset as being the common technology.
  7. Today's question is what does the R32 stand for in the 596 Track frame with E-post. It's the +/- 32mm that the seat can be adjusted forward or back. I answered already accidentally so I can't copy n paste the question and options. Go to the look site and check under track frames and read the summary of the E post there for answer. Njoy the day guys.
  8. Ag nee F#k. Lost Gesink as well, no sub. Why????? Why??????
  9. Can't see anything on letour.fr. Is he a DNS or DNF.
  10. I wouldn't trust letour website because they still have Contador listed as 2010 winner. Maybe they waiting for an appeal still.
  11. Anybody mention that Remy Di Gregorio has been suspended from Cofidis. He was arrested on possession of banned substances. Two other non-riders have also been detained. The one is a naturopath who has admitted to injecting Di Grigorio with ozone and on a previous occasion injecting him with intravenous glucose. Di Gregrio has stated that he has not done anything wrong and can look at himself in mirror.
  12. 10:50 according to Dstv site
  13. Todays question: Which LOOK frame is nicknamed « the velodromes’ Formula 1 »? 596 IPack 496 ZED 596 Track AL 464 P I get the 496 Zed from the link below, http://www.lookcycle.com/en/int/piste/cadres.html
  14. The big boys come out to play today. Interesting comments last night on Supercycling. Wiggo has bben in yellow so many times this year. Yes his form is good but what will it be in a weeks time going into final TT. Can Froome possibly be more rested prior to TdF that he will be in better shape in last week and possibly take over the lead in team and do a better TT. Thought anyone?
  15. In 1990 Look designed the 196. In 1991 Look developed the 196 Track version. http://www.lookcycle.com/en/int/look-cycle/histoire.html I also first thought it was 1990, but if you go to link above it states that in 1991 the 196 Track version benefited from the road version in 1990. My answer is 1991. Its on the Look site under About Look and then under History page.
  16. Im having withdrawal symptoms already because of rest day. No points to check, no planning to do. Aaaaarrrrggghhh!
  17. 177.5? Where does your legs end ,under your armpits. Lol.
  18. Today's question. What is the weight of the ZED 2 carbon single-piece crankset (one piece integrated crank arms and spindle) 320 gr 330 gr 340 gr 350 gr http://www.lookcycle.com/en/int/route/accessoires/pedalier-zed-2.html The New LOOK ZED 2 crankset was developed to be as light and rigid as possible. The ZED 2 weighs only 320 grams (one piece integrated crank arms and spindle), which makes it the lightest crankset currently on the market, with the highest stiffness to weight ratio amongst the competition. The stiffness of the ZED 2 crankset is excellent. The weight/stiffness ratio is far superior than any crankset on the market.
  19. I picked a team of GC contenders and 2 sprinters. Irs surprising that the GC guys in the Tour ar coming out figting early on as if they wanna wrap this up early on.
  20. Prevail for good fit and lightest, awesome ventilation. Kask for best fit and still under 300g and minimal profile. Heard good things about Windmax, awesome looking lid.
