Todays question is what does the Keo Power pedals measure? I get 'power and cadence' as the answer from the Look site.

I put new Gators on for Argus. Had one punture since then. Good grip but I find in the wet they a bit slippery at high speed especially on the downhill. If I had to buy for races I would go with the GP4000s. Reviews on the net say they give better grip than Gators but not recommended for training as they not that hard wearing..

My Flakjacket lenses are looking @%#*€. Called Sunglasshut in Blackriver Park and they quoted me R250 + vat for sum yellow replacement lenses. The photochromic ones add about R1000 + vat. Gonna go with yellow ones. Frames about 2years old and dont see the point of putting R1300 lenses in.

I find the Oakley Flakjacket is not too big or the Half Jacket. Comes in photochromic as well. The new Flak has the lock system as well for quick lens changes.

Hijack. I was on my way to Tokai about 6pm for someone that had fallen about 1km from tea garden area parking. We were cancelled en route there as the mtbiker had gone with his own transport. Hope the person is ok. Anybody know what happened and why would someone be riding so late or were they just caught out by bad weather.
