  2. Can we have a confirmation post of sorts to see who is still attending. Really looking forward to this.
  3. I schmaak it. Those Campy wheels will look sweet on my Bianchi, lol. Just yanking your deraileur, it looks awesome. Congrats. Remember to update when you fit the MF's.
  4. Looks awesome, guess it was worth the wait. You need to give me those Campy wheels to me, it doesn't look right with the Sram Red. I shall gladly take them off your hands when your Madfiber's arrive. Again, that bike looks freakin awesome and stealthy. Congrats and have many many happy safe miles.
  5. This delay can only mean the OP has taken the Red 22 off and gone with Campy Super Record.
  6. Those BB's arent that expensive. When you order make sure you get model number and length right. Some are for mtb and some with triple cranks. Make sure of Octalink version as well. The splines are different, hence the correct model number. CRC has plenty of those BBs
  7. Maybe Bogus should hook your baby up in that colour. Food for thought.
  8. Like Martin I think he is just preparing for World's. he seems to be aiming at grabbing a Road championship instead of another World TT title. Would be nice to see Spartacus with some rainbow stripes on his road jersey.
  9. I recently switched to a compact not out of choice though and the hardest adjustment has been finding the sweet spot when on a 34 chainring. On the same climbs though where I was using a 39/25 im using a 34/19 or 21. I do find though that I switch more to the big ring now when on flats where in the past I was comfortable staying onthe 39/12. Work out your current ratios compared to what your new ratios would be. It is cheaper though to switch cassettes. Gear ratio is: chainring teeth divided by cassette teeth multiplied by wheel size Example: 39/25 x 27.5 (700c) = 42.9 inch ratio.
  10. Cippo, DMC007 & sons, Mavrick, Can on dale, Meezo, Emo Kid, Tiny K, LRW, Banesto. Weather predictions 24/12 with slight wind. We gather from 7am and roll by 7:30.
  11. I cant see why Kleinplasie does not atleast open there activities and museum for the day so as to attract more people for the day while we go pedal. Was gonna take the family with so can keep busy there while waiting. Was even considering sleeping over the Saturday. This will be my first Orbit tour as last year was cancelled.
  12. My plan is to go, emailed organisers yesterday to confirm if event is going ahead. Have heard rumors of a cancellation due to recent storm damage to roads. Still waiting for a reply. Hopefully PPA will update us timeously if it is cancelled. Weather on the weekend looks clear but cold.
  13. GC top 10 Horner Nibali 52" Valverde 1:08 Basso 1:12" Rodriguez 1:12" Pinot 1:12" Anton 1:35" Pozzovivo 1:35" Majka 2:20"
  14. Nibs takes second at 48secs. Horner moves into red.
  15. Horner in the last km, looks like Nibs left it too late.
  16. Nibali kicks and he opens a gap.
  17. Horner looks strong as 40secs with 3km to go.
  18. Horner still has the gap. Chasing is Nibs, Basso, Valverde, Pinot, Roche, Pozivivo, Rodriquez.
