  9. I had flu shot last year and I was sick the entire winter. No to be perturbed I went and had flu shot in april this year, and touch wood, I havent even had a sniffle yet this year.

  20. for the less than price of the garmin vector pedal set, I bought 2 x quarq power meters of ebay. 1 for MTB and one for road. no hassles with swapping components between bikes etc
