Amped for this race... Was my favourite of the series last year! In for the marathon again!

Went there yesterday for the first time. Took my folks with, in search of somewhere other than Northerns for the novice rider. Was most impressed with the trails and more so, the options available. There are plenty of places to go for technical riding but not many for the weekend warrior! My folks loved it! I was able to turn off, do the singletracks and meet up with them again. Spoke to Grant after, who said he will be adding black routes over some of the rock faces, which will be awesome. Will definitely be back, even if it's quite a drive from the West...

Did the Adventure and had an absolute ball! Amazing how the body adapts! Had never previously ridden further than 75kms and now managed to do 3 days of it back to back! Loved the fact that I didn't have to queue for bathrooms and showers as it was definitely a male dominated ride! Good to meet some fellow Hubbers on the track! ...next up... 3 Towers!!!

I got myself some glove liners, made by first ascent! It's like a thermal glove that goes into your normal glove! Works a charm for me! As for feet, I'm still trying to find the answer to that one!!!

I'd definitely be keen for another screening in Jozi! And I know of at least 10 others that didn't get tickets for this one! Please please please

I had the same problem Mooky, can't remember how I got the hole though! Still haven't fixed it but I'm going to pretend it's because is shows I mean business and has nothing to do with my laziness!
