Maybe someone in the know can help me get my head around this one. I have used DHL EXPRESS a few times this year and last when purchasing from Evans and CRC. The last time was 24/05/2013, at the time disbursement rate was a flat rate of R100.00 . Today I have to pay R150.00 disbursement fee, a R50.00 increase?

If you have a frame with the circlip in the bb shell, Then remove the bearing and take to bearing man. There is a bearing place on voortrekker road just after the pick n pay. They usually stock a wide variety of bearings for cheap. In fact I even got Endura bearings from them without asking. They didnt even make a fuss about it being endura. A pic of the bb shell with bearing inside will make it easier to give the correct advice.

Quick one. Just want to give credit where it is due. You have a guy working there, his name is Woter. Hold onto this guy, he is an absolute star. Best experience I have ever had in your store. All were good but this time was exceptional. If you ask Woter what he had done that was so damn amazing, he wouldn't be able to tell you because I could see it all came naturally. Woter, do not change mate and keep up the good work. Shot for all the advice and I thoroughly enjoyed the chat. Now if only you could get the cashier to smile.

Yes it is. I purchased brand new brake sets from CRC and it came with rotors. Each brake was packed in a branded AVID box (Retail packaging) and within that each rotor came individually packaged in an Avid branded zip lock bag. And you get adapters depending on the rotor size. Also CRC informs you on their site if rotors are not included in the deal. In all fairness online stores should state whether the goods are OE or Retail packaged. It is an online store so he shouldn't have to call them. Where is the sense in that?
