    I am probably going to get stoned for this but have you tried Nescafe Gold instant cappuccino? No cleaning issues. No large machine in the way and it tastes as good as most machine coffee in my experience.

    I am not sure if this is the correct thread for this, but I have heard that more and more people take up running for crosstraining. Knee impact is the biggest reason for my lack of interest. Besides personal preference, what other advantages does running hold in your experience?
