  1. in my humblest of creative opinion, anyone of casci's orginal designs should get the vote. As much effort as mud thing put in, casci's design are upmarket, modern, hip, happening and extremely pleasing to the eye. (at least in my opinion)
  2. Damn casci, coming in at the eleventh hour like that just ain't cricket...but I like lots. well done
  3. there you go jeremyd2008-03-14 04:20:34

  7. ok, how do I submit a pic?
  8. Not sure how many people use cytopower from usn but I was shocked when I looked at the Nutrition info on the back. The "New Improved" Formula requires double the quantity of scoops, has 712kj as opposed to the old 71cal, 43mg of magnesium now as opposed to 70mg before, 12mg of calcium now as opposed to 90mg before. Now I'm not sure if these reduced minerals are good or bad but what I do know is that you'll go through a bottle of powder twcie as fast as you used to.
  9. according to the table I have an attached siamese twin for my height (well a slighter lighter twin) How the hell am I supposed to weigh 72kg?! I last weighed that in primary school!
  10. I agree, I think she's nuts too, but she is one determined cookie. and no it is not a nigerian scam. Riaan Manser did it and she has been in contact with him, but she would be the first woman to attempt it.
  11. Jolandie Rust is a young girl who has decided to be the first person to cycle round the african continent. As silly as this may seem she is in need of certain items to achieve this. Firstly, slicks will probably be easier than the mountain bike tyres she has. She is looking for basic bike repair items as well as size 7 ladies shoes with pedals and cleats. Her website is www.jolandierust.com You can also read about her expedition on this blog http://www.mygenius.com/za/Blogs/tabid/262/view/blogView/bid/4075/default.aspx If anyome has stuff lying around at home that they think she could use, you can contact her direct through her email off her website or pm me. I have no interest in this other than she belongs to another network I belong to and I think she's a bit nuts, but then aren't we all.
  12. I DO believe there is an unwritten Hub-rule that any claims of hot girlfriends or wives must be substantiated with a picture....? On a couch? In an Angel suit
  13. I wonder which one would be more fun though ...at least I don't have to worry' date=' it's all Pinarello for me!!![/quote'] WW + Pinarello = FUN for WW WW + Angel = FUN for.....nevermind
  14. who said anything about marry, but ww you took the words right out of my mouth. Marry or not, she'll still cost more
  15. It's an incredible race with great spirit. Definitely one of the most well organised events (especially the cops stopping you as you leave town on the Sunday to wish you a safe journey and give you breakfast. Nearly had a bloody heart attack!!!) Well worth going.
  16. I'm off for jelly tots. Can I get anyone anything?
  17. Imagine being one of the ladies over there reading the comments about how she shouldn't be there, or how selfish she is as a rider. WAKE UP!!! We get knocked about enough by everyone else. Can't we for once get up and applaud the women as they head out to fufill their dreams. Can't we for once encourage them ever step of the way. Can't we for once wish them every success and show them that as a cycling community, we're behind them every step of the way whether they win or lose. They are out there cycling their hearts out and all we can do is try and rip their hearts out!!!. Man I get pissed off when I read the negative comments aimed at bringing down the only chances we have at New Zealand. Can we get their cell numbers? Can we send sms's of encouragement? Can we send them emails telling them we're shouting for them? Can we help them raise their game so that they can go out there and do the best they can! We are our own worst enemy.
  18. Koolstop apparently also make dual pads. Not sure if they're available here in SA or where to get them.
  19. This is all good and proper for the people er..behind but unless your head is so far up your rear end, don't you need a light infront?
  20. I use cramp stop, before and during a race, take rennies before and during a race and now I'm even trying a "pain-gone" http://www.paingone.com/introduction.htm (the looks and questions "are you diabetic, is that steroids?" and .... ... .. .. ..I STILL CRAMPED! (although only at 90km instead of the usual 80km)
