  11. Trying my best to get the drools going and glad to see some people actually taking note of the new stuff out there and more coming. Have you been to the website? There is an all white carbon bike - even the rims are white. Well more silver, but it looks different anyway!! And I think it looks really good!!

  14. Baie van daai Italiese name word ook maar hier gemaak en dan oor gestuur vir 'n paint job en sticker. Al wil mense dit nie glo nie. Dis nie net die die Italiane wat so maak nie.

  18. Sorry Puli, not Tainan, Alishan is near Tainan. Huhuanshan starts in Puli.
  19. MRmed, Great!! I live in Taichung. Give me a call when you're here. When are you coming again? The little hill starts in Tainan, near Sun Moon Lake. If you go over the mountain you go to Hualien and Ilan on the eastern side of the island. Give me a call when you coming !!
  20. We have a "hill" here in Taiwan. starts at 300m above sealevel and goes to 3400m above in 55km. Called HuhuanShan. Who is coming???? You can stay with us when you come and train over here!!
  21. There I blame the manufacturers quality "controlers" or inspectors. Most bike brands here have their own quality controlers who don't just come every now and then to the factories, they stay here in taiwan, permanently. Ensuring continious qua;ity control.
  22. Gianni, thanks that is my point exactly. Even Bianchi moved over here. Most people don't know these things! It is all about quality control!! And not about where the frame is made- nothing to do with the country!
  23. My stickers were made in RSA That statement can go both ways - double edged sword!!!
  24. Quality doesn't have to be expensive!!!!!
  25. Yip, That is how it works!!I know. If some people are willing to pay heaps for a name on a sticker on a frame or part---- be my guest, but then don't tell me afterwards your parts are better than mine when it is the same thing. Maybe you have a better sticker!!!
