Rodti Ive told this before ,but this years 94.7 was just plain stupid for me ,also had a near death experience ,I believe the highway was like 40 something degrees ,and I saw my Oom Dirk just after the third bult on the N14 , problem was he's been dead for a couple of years now !!!!!!1 :unsure::unsure:

Same here ! Then I built a Gym at home and exercise / gym / IDT from 19h30 to 21h15 ,works like charm I loose as much as 800grams some days ,problem is these bloody weekends , who said you must braai Friday and Saturday............? .tel that to my body after a weeks sweat and toil on the IDT my brain gets overruled EVERY TIME !!! and on Monday I'm back up two Kg's. But I will not disappoint as from this coming Monday !!!!!!
