Good day! I have an older model RusselHobbs machine that is in desperate need of a service. I've tried everything myself but the machine refuses to perform it's cleaning cycles for some reason and doesn't want to make any coffee without. I live in PTA, can anyone please refer me to someone/place I can take my beloved machine?

Those are all very "cute girls" but the talent isn't extended any further than their beauty. It's like the whole performance cheapens them And the song, pssh, more commercial bore can't even be found in the stock tunes programed into a keyboard these days. But is it worth anything trying to do it this way: Say my Garmin tells me I spend 2000 Calories over an event, equaling into about 8000 kJ's, should I then try and match that with drinks and chews intake while riding, or just halve and then the other halve after the event? What's the rules of thumb here?
