  5. I have a KCNC scandium seat post, stem and handlebars. they are the BEST! they sooooper light and really strong. Its the best investment iv made on my bike!
  6. Hi Morwa Welcome to the hub! Orbea frames are very nice and are well priced. Besides weight the only other difference is the strength, although both of these frames are pretty strong. Iv riden a Lanza before and was impressed. Not many bikes come as just a frame so this is not a bad deel. Hope you make the right choice
  7. Its actually very true!! Viagra gets your heart pumping really fast which increases the flow of blood to the muscles and supplies your muscles with more nutrients and oxygen therefore you are able to go faster for longer. And besides its not illigal.
  8. that is very nice!!
  9. try Majik forest. heard its really nice. iv been wanting to go try it out for ages, so let me know how it is
  10. but hasnt it got a bumpier ride making it a tougher and slower ride-especialy on a rocky coarse
  11. why do all the top mt bikers all ride hard tail bikes? Even for tours and rocky route races. Shorly a duel sus would be a better ride!?
  12. any one know of a route from stellenbosch to somerset all off road. always wanted to do it but dont know were to go, and not sure if riding on a private farm is a good idea.

  19. the 66km was tough but i agree...its still not up to international standards. there was also very little technical single track on the route
  20. well i'll tell you one thing...everyone felt flat going up that 8km beast of a climb right out the start gate!! but with food...i always have a BIG bowl of pasta the afternoon before the race then a light meat(ie white meat) meal with veg and a potato the night before. also breakfast is the most important!
  21. so where all is this ride going? I wanna do a longish MTB ride.
