my right leg is 1cm longer than my left leg. Its always affected me. I go see a biokineticist every now and again to help correct it. I do certain exercises every day to lengthen the muscles in my right leg otherwise I suffer from very bad ITB problems. Iv got a pair of specialised inner souls in all my shoes which really makes a difference-i have to have two souls in my left shoe to help compensate the length difference.

I used to go through many chains(XT) untill I decided to try out SRAM. I am hooked. they are the best chains by far even though they are a little pricey

Hi guys this weekend is going to be very wet in CT so Just want your opinion on training on a indoor trainer. It it genraly harder or easier than training on road if you ride at the same tempo. so if you do a 2hour ride on the road is it the same thing to do a 2hour ride on the trainer? thanks

yes its in the legs. . .without a doubt, but you cant say that a cervelo is not a better ride than a 10k bike!

the reason a bike a more expensive than another is because of the quality of the materials, the stifness of the frame and wheels, the weight, the durability, and of coarse how cool it looks. No one can ride a 10k bike then a 30k bike and say that there was no difference, cause they just kidding themselves. but on the otherhand, unless your not a pro or very competivive in you age group then spending a lot of money is a waist. One should only spent that kind of money if they have honestly reached their max level of fitness/ability and still want to improve, but not the guy who rides once a week or rides all the 'fun ride' races. Just my 2c

they were marked and went into voting boxes before the elections. and they slipped up cause 2 boxes(out of how many...who knows?!) that were fulled with votes were found the day before voting even started!!
