I agree with Mr Haste. Western province riders (in genral) are the most unfriendly sportsmen around. Cyclists in any other provence are always friendly and willing to help. non-cyclists in WP are all so friendly, so why do the WP cyclists think that they are above above everyone else? No one greets anyone (you will be lucky to even get a look of any kind). They all have their 'clangs' and they will only speak to and help their grouppies. So please just chill out, enjoy the sport and just be friendly. You are only human like everyone else

I always great every one, but lately iv noticed that very very few cyclists in WP great anyone. They just ride past as though your not there. If your lucky they will take a glance at you. They all seem to stick to themselves, they hate having a 'random' riding with them. Any where else in the country people always great you.

Iv been asked by my local gym to instruct some spinning classes. Just want to find out what sessions do you like at a spinning class? Any suggestions or good spinning sessions would be appreciated. Also if im to accept the offer how much benifit will spinning give to me-dont want to 'take away' from my personal training. Thanks

Just give your bike a good wash and change the colour of the handle bar grips , and she will think that ils a new bike. . . unless she knows what bike you have. My gf thought a have a blue bike when it is white with a world champ stripe!!

easy way to solve that. . .buy yourself a new bike and give here your current one. That way if she doesnt enjoy riding you got yourself a new bike, and if she does enjoy riding you both got a bike. Its a win-win situation

many trainers think they're a special breed and can treat people how they want cause they think they know something about training, but infact iv seen many trainers who know nothing yet they still getting paid for it!! It seems any one can become a trainer ( or for an extra chip on the shoulder...a 'personal trainer')
