  1. Awesome idea! Good luck with the build and final give away!
  2. Better than the Camelback Podium? Would be totally dependent @ price... to some level they all become very much the same - keep drinks cold, reduce plastic tastes... You would need to be a bottle/taste expert to notice any variances between high end bottles...
  3. Midlands - beautiful!! Definitely need to add to my riding to-do's!
  4. My first visit to Teak!! Was awesome!! That last hill is no joke though!! Damn!! Going back tomorrow!!
  5. great thread! just make sure you insure your phone before using it!
  6. ROFL!! You guys got time for ***!
  7. 2k?! Yoh! Id rather spend that on a light weight stem and saddle... But I suppose its pretty much for downhill more so then XC?

I was recently on holiday in CPT - and decided to go check out Revolution Cycles and CWC. I was able to buy directly from CWC online store - without having to order online - which was fantastic... Awesome service from CWC... Revolution Cycles - is an awesome store too! If I lived in CPT, they would be the store for all my maintenance work - no doubt!
  9. price range?
  10. Buying an MTB, losing 5kgs in 3 months! 300kms! yeahhh buddy! Looking forward to a 2011 full of riding! 2000kms gets me a new wheelset!
  11. www.hellopeter.com - report the naais!

    My next car

They bringing the Prisms back! NOOOOOOOOO
  13. Well yeah - you attach a power balance band to the rack and ure sorted... on a more serious note - that might be overkill - lol
  14. lol! lets wait for the flaming... must be my East Rand roots...
  15. I would assume that conforming to the ground would mean more resistance...since more surface area of the tyre is actually in contact? A more comfortable ride - yeah that would make sense... Need to possibly lower my pressure and give it another bash...will drop to 1.8bar and see what happens... Definitely
  16. So pretty much just cool factor with a bit of improved aerodynamics... Looks pretty cool - on any car for that matter... Just placed my order...
  17. No difference in ride, same traction, same everything actually... Maybe I was expecting too much based on all the chitter on the forums around how great tubeless really are... Yeah for punctures - awesome... What was the best most impressive thing that tubeless did for you Capricorn? Besides the obvious puncture issue... Maybe you can help me see the light...
  18. Hit the spruit this morning...and honestly I see no difference between riding with tubes or going tubeless... I think the only advantage to this would be to avoid having to fix your punctures each time on tube setup... Possibly running @ a lower air pressure - but the rolling resistance is badly affected...
  19. To add to the base of knowledge... WTB Weirwolf 2.1 non-UST wire bead tyres sealed on the 1st attempt on WTB Speed Discs... Will see how they perform after a couple rides...
  20. Big up to Dunkeld for resolving this issue! Well done lads! Will definitely look to using them in the future... Just wish the likes of Cajees were on the forum to see what aspects of their business they could improve!
  21. And another pic...
  22. Came across this on the VW Forum... Not sure if any of you guys have seen this - or use something similar... Heard that you get similar devices for all sorts of cars...
  23. Seems like you have a brake fetish! lol spending waaay too much on brakes! Crowncycles - they seem to have super brake specials on a regular basis...but you never know with SAPO these days...
  24. Kind of sort of... Think it should definitely be utilised more regularly... Also those purchases which went well and both parties were happy - should be noted...
  25. Whats wrong with email? If they arent willing to respond to emails then they shouldnt display their email address...
