Whatever happened to Sunday being a 'Day of Rest"?

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the Protrainer 5 settings so that the weeks begins on Monday rather than Sunday? Not a big issue but I would like my training hours and the Polar hours to sync up. Would appreciate any help...

I am looking at replacing my BB some time soon and would like to know if it is worth spending the extra and getting a ceramic Bottom Bracket? I am looking at the following: FSA Light Ceramic Bearing Mega Exo - is it worth it? If not what is a good quality/value for money BB? Thanks Roons

I am a Specialized fan - big time! I do think that the stumpy is OK - but the guys I ride with classify it as a trick bike! Personally I still think the Epic is the nicest in the range - if you are looking at the Stumpy - also see if you cannot get your hands on the Epic rather.

I need some help in cassette ratio's. I recently purchased two 11-32 cassettes - my bike is currently fitted with an 11-34. How big will the difference be, especially on hill climbs ? Is it worth worrying about? Cheers

Anyone who used/uses Captain Controls - able to tell me how they are in mud (ala Sabie)? Last year I used the Fast Tracks (as supplied with my bike) and was not blown away... but then again - it was a tad muddy! How to Da' Captains fair?
