OK - so I am looking for a light. I need a good, value for money light, that is going to last in a 24hr ride. I know that there are lots out there - so the criteria is value for money, endurance ( it has to last the night) and decent lighting. What are you favourites?

Got a trip planned for 2 weeks to Cape Town and am staying south of Simon's Town. Not too familiar with the area - but does anyone have any ideas of routes that I can do from there? GPS routes/tracklogs would be ideal! Cheers Dave

I was greeted by a roadie this morning on my ride. What's more he actually stopped at the red light and chatted to me on my mtb! Whatever next! Jokes aside - whether we like it or not roadie or mtb - we are perceived as a community of cyclist and anything that we do reflects on us as as a group. Can someone point me in the right direction to get replacement stickers for my Fox shocks? I would prefer OEM as the include the 'reflective' material. For some reason mine are all peeling off, not the base sticker but the top layers? Cheers

You know you are the 'one'! Seriously girls... Rode the Epic without loosing any air - and that was a tad longer than 2-hrs. Horses for courses. Now back to my problem... Off to the pool tonight and I will report back tomorrow. Might include pic of couch if you lucky!

Can anyone give me any details of the group ride that happens in the Hilton area on a Saturday morning? There for the weekend and would love to fit in a morning ride. Any contacts details would also be ideal so I don't rock up like a Norman!

Folding Spez Tyre being used. Running with Joes. I think I will do BB's option and get the tyre into the pool.

I am currently running on tubeless on my bike - but I am battling to maintain pressure on my front tyre. I have replaced the tubeless valve inner and it is still losing air. I have checked the slime and there appears to be enough. Could it possibly be that the rim on the bike is skew and the tube is not seating correctly. At this stage I cannot do a ride longer than 2hrs before the pressure is pap. Any suggestions?

Camping? As in tents and sh!t? I can't have my bike sleep in a tent! I know they have log cabins as well. If we get enough girls to go with I'll share one with them. Very Smooth Hog!
