  3. i am worried after this morning that the stormers may actually finish bottom of the SA log. I didn't watch the game so maybe I missed some good performances but at the end of the day it doesn't matter how well you played, if the opposition play better then you still lose
  4. i understand they need to find a place with minimal traffic impact etc but man that just looks like such a boring, in the middle of nowhere, place to have a time trial.
  5. for 9k you should be able to get a very nice second hand bike. Don't get caught up in the 29er hype:) just stay 26..... Components - you should be able to get xt / xtr or sram..... i love sram...
  6. i was actually chatting to my wife yesterday about cramping. I've increase my salt intake over the last 3 months or so and I've noticed that my craming has reduced quite a bit. I've got not medical proof that they are related but my legs seem to feel a lot better than they did, maybe I'm just fitter but that's my 2c worth
  7. building up a bike is usaully more expensive than buying complete. There are some good bargains on complete bike.' I'd suggest decide what your final budget is and see what you can get second hand first. But i guess this doesn't answer your question as you were asking about this frame, sorry I can't help with any info on it.
