  7. The person who is removing bolts from your disc is an idiot. would you drive your car on the highway with half the wheel nuts? If you would... then sure taking disc bolts out is a great way to save weight. Its stupid and dangerous. Put ALL your disk bolts back in. rather buy carbon handle bars or a new wheel set.

  17. I was a little dissapointed with the route. It was too short and the bottle neck in the beginning was horrible. I finished 23rd in the 20k ride, not bad considering i started at the back of the group and had to wait when entering the single track. Should have pushed harder!!
  18. Thanks Helped LOTS
  19. I use the Polar RS800Cx Its brilliant, once you learn how to use it. The only problem i have with it is my one button started sticking after one really muddy ride. I could have it fixed but im too lazy to take it in and with all the valuable information it provides i can't Run/Ride without it. Polar support is also very good. They are friendly, quick and do not hesitate to replace/repair any problematic gear.
  20. I MTB every weekend without socks. I find that riding without socks is more comfortable, especially when you get muddy. I wash my shoes every time i use them and they do not smell at all. I will only use socks if i am running more than 10km. the friction and moisture become a bit too much and lead to blisters.
