I Snapped this in Hillbrow yesterday. I know it's not the best composed or the sharpest of shots. But just think about what this pic is saying about society.

I hear you. I have a lot of township portraits as well as Hillbrow shots. Something that would appeal to Americans in search of pics with a dramatic story. I agree that the work needs to be top class. But I have been looking in galleries and noticed some real terrible stuff going at high prices. Perhaps that's why it was still in the gallery and not sold.

So does anyone know of a platform to sell photos? Trying to generate some capital to start a business and I thought using my talents would be a good avenue to explore. I'm not so keen on stock photography. More selling photos as artworks.

The Ranchillio Silvia machine is looking very promising at this stage!! Almost exactly what I'm looking for. And I agree with your last paragraph. I'm looking for something I can keep for a while and that I'm not wanting to upgrade after a few months.

Definitely not a nespresso man. So yes. What I'm looking for is a hot water, steam and espresso.

So you recon one unit for espresso only and then a separate steamer? Edit: It seems that's what you mean.. Any decent places to look? Commercial outlets aren;t doing it for me. Limited Selection. Edit Edit: I see what you mean now. They are two separate machines.. My question of where to look still applies though.

So any recommendations for a pure espresso and steaming machine? One with only those two functions? Seems the only ones aren't the greatest of quality and the others that are good quality come with grinders and the function to make filter coffee too.. I've breezed over this thread so sorry if this has been covered before.
