Yeah there was some confusion by the river but I just trusted my instincts and came right. Got stuck behind some guys doing the shorter distances which was a bit annoying. Lost about 10min. Nice fast route though. Enjoyed it overall.

I was man down for like a week.. The sickest I've been in ages, after training in Germiston.. And the cause of my sickness was e-coli... I raced there 2 weeks later in a different part of the lake and I was fine... But yeah.. There are some dodgey inlets....

I plan on doing it.. But its more than 300 if you aren't registered with TSA..
