    WIFE

Be happy, now you will have more time to cycle and watch sport and you should have more money for toys.
  7. you sure? you ride like a girl... Was raised by my mother....I'm a bit too in touch with my feminine side....*sigh* (think I need a good cry but I don't know why) That means you must be from the Western Cape and you probably ride a scooter as welldfm12009-01-20 06:01:14
  8. According to CSA rules NO team is allowed the word "team" in the team. Strange hey? Shows you how much you know kernel. TCS stands for THE computer Smith. Carel's own co. That is what the T stands for. Amongst friend we call it Team Computer Smith. Because we are WANABE riders that WANTS to ride as a team. To be a TEAM' date=' you have to be registered as such at CSA. As far as I know there are VERY FEW TEAMS in SA. MTN Minolta. ? The rest are clubs. We raced the Giro as a registered Club. We do not want to be CCS....(CLUB CS).....that would take away the play on the t......which stands for......yyyyyaaaahhhh.....you have it....amper korporaal.....THE.... Cool hey? Understand or shall I draw a picture? [/quote'] Jy beter ma 'n prentjie teken, hy is van die kaap af, hulle is mos ma so bietjie staadig, seker ma die spesiaale skool ding, jy weet mos ma hoe dit gaan
  9. Al I can say is EISH, dis can like to be a very hard race, we even came across a puffader going up the Attekwas, that was the fastest I have ever excellerated up a mountain, anyway this race was a lot harder than I expected, and I expected it to be hard, I cramped the last 60km which meant that I could'nt go hard on the climbs but I still managed to get to the finish, having left my ego in one river crfossing after a fall and my pride in another river crossing with another fall. Good fun though.
  10. What do you mean cycling should be pain free' date= you must be joking, its all about "The Pain" . Seeing who can take the most and who can dish out the most, dont say it should be pain free, that means I need to look at some other form of sport, maybe lawn bowls or something, dont shatter my dream and tell me it should be pain free[/quote] haha! There will be pain! Whoever said painfree and painless is the same thing @racechick -- ...i agree with what you said, read again - Now this is scary, when a lady promises pain it is scary, ok I'm of to see someone about this so that I will be emotionaly ready to deal with the ladies handing out the pain.

  13. Hay watch it, I studied medicine at the University of North South east Betshuanaland and qualified with honours, that is after the squased the entire 7 year course into one afternoon and I passed with a distinction, hang on come to think of it so did al 98 class mates and some of them fell asleep after the afternoon beer break
  14. I had the same problem a few years ,in so much as when I was pushing up the hill the outside of the legs would burn like hell, it was due to overtraining in that the base that i was working from was not big enough and I never gave myself enough time to recover after a few hard weeks, now sitting on the cough I have had no burns and the base is much bigger
  15. EXZAKETARY
  16. You might actually just be slightly overtrained, when planning your training it is important to schedule time to recover / rest as well. It is easier to recover from being undertrained than it is from being overtrained

  18. The left branch, the right branch, or maybe the wrong branch, or maybe its not a tree thing
  19. Drugs work, I've had my best races on drugs
  20. And now they will all be replaced by better connected political cronies so that by the time this goes to court nobody at the NPA actually knows what is going on
  21. MTB entries might be cheaper than road entries, however the average cost per race for mtb is much higher as your equipment takes far more of a hammering than on the road so I would guess the cost per race for mtb is probably 50 - 60% higher tan the road
