  2. Maybe its the Fugetive
  3. My hart and prayers go out to you, being lost and without purpose is sad, the good news however is that God still loves, and its never to late to turn your life around, just remember that, and remember that God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, and you are included in that. I pray that God truly Blesses you today, and that you have meeting with the Holy Spirit that will help you to realise what this millisecond of time that we call life is all about. God Bless and have a nice day
  4. Remember its Cape Town, so they are a bit slow on the uptake, way learn someting in 1 day when you can take 7 days to achieve the same
  5. Great tour, they just need to get the tandems to race seperatly from the singles in order to have fairer racing, everybody kept on waiting for the tandems and the the tandems kept on bringing the breaks back.
  6. Damm right, lazy people and goverment officials
  7. Its 9 days to go before the start of the Epic and you should be putting in the last big miles this week. If you are doing the Epic how is your training effected by the current weather in Gauteng, that is if you are in Gauteng.

    bike manners

Must say though that the first crash in the VA bunch happened at the mats as someone managed to crash into the straw bails at the start, as for the rest, 90% just suck wheel, which I surpose reduces the risk of crashes, just a littlebit anyoing at the end when they then try and sprint, normally for 70th place
  10. No matter what, This Marius Schoeman is a total idiot, I think we should vote him mampara of the week, what a dump statement, you selfcentered egotistical moroun of a person. We all have the same rights to use the roads and he should look at his fellow motorcyclist before critisizing cyclist. I hav'nt yet seen a cyclist doing 260 kph on the Harties road, and then wonder why his buddy got killed by a car when the car turned infront of him. Mr Schoeman, please note that we are all road users, we all pay for this privalage by paying taxes and levies on fuel. Take your simple minded opinion and shove it where the sun does'nt shine.
  11. Just give it a few weeks

    Family bike

must be real fun on the downhills
  13. Indoor trainers are very good for structured training, can be very usefull for intervals. Also works well when you are recovering fro injuries. You just need a lot of dedication if you are to train on them. Works well and gives a far better training sesion than going out on the road. Also I haven't been hit by any cars yet whilst on the trainer.
  14. Speak to the boys in yellow and blue, in particular to one of their now 40+ riders, he rode most of the five days.

    Only in SA

My,my,my, how quickly the surpressed, become the supressor, and then blame the previous surpressors for them now doing the same, hence they manage to avoid accountability, for the minute they don't like a comment, or when they are forced into a corner, out comes the race card, how weak, how sad and how pathetic, maybe you should go into politics, you seem to have the knack, make comments, and the minute you need to account for what you've done, you can just shout, RACIST, and then join goverment and collect yet another bonus for not doing your job. I the meantime those who need it most will continue to suffer even more because you did not do your job, but then your not resposible, you've only had 13 years to F%$ck things up even further, and when we point that out, then you can call me yet again a RASICT, because in doing so you don't have to accept responsibility for any of your actions. PLEASE Eezymiles, grow up, and be grow beyond the past, its only as and when we all start accepting responsibility that things will get better, I did so, I voted YES in 1991, realizing that I might not like the consequences of my decision, but still accepting that it was my responsibility to make a change. I you dont, all that will happen is that history will repeat it self, with you being guilty of gross human rights violations.
