Whoop Whoop! I had an awesome ride on Dangles new SS baby. What a LEKKER bike. But Eish the Rigid fork is a tough ride.

I'm with Dangle on this one. Take it easy and do not rush to the bigger distance. Take enough Protien and find out during training what works for you. Do not try new stuff and products during a race.

I did this last year and it was an amazing lekker experience.

Correct me if I am wrong but... surely the rider that’s not sleeping in the tent and does not have to wash or fix his own bike also has an advantage. If they really want to limit the outside assistance they should not allow riders to sleep outside of the tented race village. No mechanics should be allowed – riders must fix their own bikes. No outside massage therapists. All riders should be queuing for the same toilets and showers.

What do you think single speed is all about. If you want to climb you need to go and do something like Attakwas.

They moved close to Papachinos in crowthorne. The centre is called Memories. Take New road towards kyalami. Continue until Plantland/pappachinos is on your right. At the stop you turn left and immediatly right into the centre Its go some purple fence from the outside and a windpomp.
