Thanks a lot Michelle. Excellent picstures. Look forward to any pics you might have taken of the Open club race, or the girls.
  3. Where are these KCNC products available?
  4. Yip, we'll be there with you in the Open club cat. Should be fast fun.
  5. The Energy Dynamics products are all now PVM branded. The new Octane with 10% protein peptides is awesome stuff, and tastes good.
  6. I think you guys have the wrong end of the stick here. The forks have always been Wolf branded, so there were never claims that they were Cervelo forks. The manufacturers, True Temper, believe the forks are fine... so Cervelo don't HAVE to recall them, but are doing so at their own cost, and replacing them with 3T or Easton. I think Cervelo should be commended for tis move.
  7. Great initiative, Nancy! Good on ya! ....and thanks a lot for your willingness to help, DD. Awesome stuff!
  8. How long would the battery life be on the small battery on the lowest beam/power setting? How much extra did the small battery set you back? The thing with the big battery i have been concerned about is the fact that it takes up the bottle cage. On my full-suss bike I only have one cage, so even though i'd have my Camelbak on, I'd have nowhere to put my bottle with energy drink.
  9. That was one helluva report/comparison Edman. I have a 725x, and it does the job for me, but I think sooner rather than later a Edge 705 will be in the mix as well. Cheers.
  10. 11-25 is an awesome cassette. Power from the 11 and easy spinning from the 25. I have Shimano 105 on both my training and racing wheels, and I have gor all i need. I am not sure if this ratio comes in Ultegra or Dura Ace.
  11. I am a woos...but I am loving my 50/34 up front matched with a 11/25 at the back. Haven't run out of gears on the fast flats yet, and the hills are a pleasure.
  12. I love my CrankBrothers quattros....even though they are the SL's. I aspire to ride the Ti's in the future.
  13. Yip, awesome stuff wisecrack. I built my RS up 2 weeks ago, and I am loving it. Magic! Enjoy!
  14. You can't go wrong with those wheels...so just go for it. I also just built up a new Cervelo RS....and I am loving it! Enjoy!
  15. A mate of mine is looking to ride in the weekday mornings from Parkhurst. Does anyone ride from there? Where do they meet etc etc. I know its possible to meet up with the E2E group in Greenside....but a group ride from Parkhurst would be preferable. Thanks for any info.
  16. I think you'll be surprised. I am so looking forward to riding this baby.
  17. This bike is gonna have me sitting on it very soon
  18. I have really enjoyed all the input from all hubbers, with Christie, JB, and Carbonboy all making it more interesting. At the end of it all, I am pretty sure we can all agree that both Carbon and Titanium are excellent materials for bikes, one might be slightly heavier, but stronger, while the other might be lighter etc etc.... at the end of it all, I think it comes down to personal preference.... and I am leaning toward Ti myself. Cheers!
  19. Complete bike should come in under 8kg.
  20. It is supposed to be a more comfortable bike with the slightly longer headtube. Nice though!
  21. What do you guys think about this frame? I quite like it, after all, I am not gonna be on the start line in France next Saturday.
  22. So Christie, you reckon Cervelo over Litespeed?
  23. This is nice, right?
  24. This is awesome input guys, and a good discussion to boot. So basically, Ti is a bit heavier, but the ride is more comfortable, where Carbon is lighter and stiffer(more responsive), but not as comfy? I must say i like the look of Litespeed. The Archon is definitely not a consideration.... was thinking more along the lines of a Siena. Anybody familiar with this frame? Litespeed or Cervelo? This is a tough questiuon for me, but I am happy to be in a position to sit with this kind of a problem
  25. I want to race on it, but obviously my life doesn't depend on it if i win or not (but i'd like to ). I don't really ride further than 120km at a time, and have yet to do a multi-day tour/stage race.
