    Thats the way to do it. Just with some patience and dont over do it. When I had my knee op, some years back I was walking around the next day. LOL

    I see your frame protection for the bike rack. You can also add to the upright of the bike right. A pool noodle works, but you can also use an old tube or a roadi handlebar grip on the bike rack.

    Camelbak insulated bottles work a treat. However, I have a double wall aluminium bottle as well, and that works the best.

    I ordered something a month and a half back. Payed priority shipping and the items quality is not what was expected or as advertised. Not sure if I would use them again. I find the variety of some stuff to be very small vs ali express.

    There have been a few that have had shocks mounted low down.

    I have had similar issues with adidas lenses. The tint would bubble off the lenses. Adidas was not interested.
