I use GIS and EasyGPS. Both are free downloads. I also use maps4africa. It is not free but is very cheap

Use wax on your chain and always keep your shocks clean. Singletrack bike shop in Silverlakes does a great course for R300 and beer and snacks are free!

I have been running slime on my bikes for 18 months now. Take the tube out, find the hole, clean it and patch it. Try again, should work.

Good work Ryan. Sorry to hear that you did not get your bike back. The fact that shoes and helmets are being taken could mean that somebody in the know is behind all this. Will keep my eye out for your bike. Can you post a pic?

I pass all my tubes onto friends in my local township. They fix the ones that they can and the rest they cut up and make patches etc.
