Havent posted in a while but finally reassembled the bike after the move (and winter). Kudos to Bogus on the spray job. Frame I bought back in SA about 18months ago from AliB, groupset from CRC, bars off the hub, swapped the wheels for my old mtb frame and already had the seat.

I will post a pic that does it better justice but I would recommend Bogus any day of the week. We communicated over whatapp whilst I was overseas and he totally nailed the way I wanted it to look. I was back in SA for a week and he even drove to the airport to deliver the frame to me their.

I also dont like the conference system, not only because of each country being given a slot in the top 3 but because it isnt a true reflection as the Tahs and Brumbies get to play the Rebels and Force and more recently a poor Reds outfit twice. The Stormers won more games than the Brumbies, including sending out a very weekend team against the Sharks. NZ have it worst as all their teams, except the Blues of late are very strong. I think each team should play each other once, alternating between home and away every year. 1 plays 4 and 2 plays 3. Final - end of story. Leave the derbies for CC But anyways I think the Top 14, Henieken cup is going to be the better comp after the WC anyways as all the best players will be heading north, not just ours.

The bars I planned on used had a crack, white bars are just temporary. @R450 for bar tape that tape will be on there a while!

Finally .... the bars I bought (off a hubber) were cracked so had to scramble and get these (in white). Will change them at a later stage. Here she is ....

Ok so I need some help or advise for the experienced builders. Firstly - Bogus is booked up until the new year so im going to have to get it sprayed at a later stage. Now I have some other problems - namely my wheels. I have a set of Vuelta carbon pro 50mm's. Apparently you cant put on a new free body or change the entire hub. LBS told me I need to buy a whole new wheel set? Can anyone advise an alternative option or do I have to get new wheels? Yesterdays excitement is starting to fade ....

Aliexpress act as an agent to most of the companies afaik, they hold the payment until your good have arrived and you are happy. I tried to order directly and they redirected me to aliexpress.

Everything seems solid. A small uneven spot on the seatpost but nothing major.
