Hello Hubbers, I am looking for replacement grips for Sram xo grip shifts, just the rubber grip part. How do they come apart and is there anyone out there that sells the grips? I am struggling at the bike shops. Please help!!!!

You can hear a downhiller coming for miles... just move off the trail and let him pass. Frankly I like seeing the downhillers on the route cause it give us something to watch!! Especially since they let it hang out a little more when they see some spectators. The trail is for all of us, just be sensible.

I am using the press fit bb on my spez and havent had any issues, actually its the best bb I have ever used, its been 6 months of hammering without a peep. Its shimano press fit with lx crank. Good luck.
