Guys, I understand your frustration on this very delicate subject. I've came across many forums that go on and on and on on this. There are plenty of them on the Internet. One of the reasons I like the Hub is because it is supposedly for cycling enthusiasts. I know that I could have chosen not to read this topic at all, but I also know that it would have been nicer to find a more positive/interesting/fun topic. Do we need to air this type of subject here?

I'm acttually considering a Thule clip-on since my current no-name clip-on scratches my car and my bike as well . Spending on tow bars every time you change you car is very expensive imo.

And bike equipped with V-brakes! Is that enough stopping power for that weight? Aren't hydraulic discs better for tandems?
