What did you have in mind then? I actually have got a home weight set that I want to get rid of. 1x barbell bar, 2x dumbell bars and a whole bunch of disks of different weights. If youre interested I can get the details of all the weights.

forget barbells and dumbells. Get some kettlebells, you can do insane full body workouts with just 2 of them.

The good ones are... When I did my last tat (with Phoenix, thanks Wayne) she squeezed me in at 19h00 and we only finished up at 10h00. And she is usually booked up 2 - 4 weeks in advance. The well known artists in the states are booked up for over a year in advance.

Just be aware that you have to wear lycra and ballet shoes if you have a remote lockout on your handlebars. It is against the rules of the baggy pant flat pedal brigade to have a lockout of any kind on your handlebars. :whistling:

XT / SLX - go for the 2012 though if you can, they are improved quite a bit from 2011.

Nice thing about hopes (and I assume most cartridge bearing type hubs) is you can change them from 9mm qr to 15mm TA and 20mm TA rear from 9x135 to 12x135 of 12x142 by just replacing the end caps. You cant do this with shimano etc cup and cone type hubs. This is useful when changing frames and forks you are not limited by your wheels.
