I've seen in some of the vids, they use it in a spray bottle. Also a good idea to get good coverage with little waste

Be careful about using just any oil in your shimano brakes. Shimano oil is a very light wieght (5wt I think) so putting a 40 wt motor oil in will be a bit disastrous.

That, and... keep those elbows out. I found that doing this forces you to shift your weight foward slightly giving your front tyre much more grip. If your front is washing it just means there's not enough weight on the front tyre.

Flows should be fine...

How wide are the rims you are using? If they are too narrow, then the tyre has a K@K profile, and it will roll around at lower pressures. I had this issue with my conti MK 2.4's on ztr arch rims.
