I used to cycle a lot, but had to stop for health reasons about 7 yrs ago Miss it alot. My bikes have been standing in my garage for a while now, and it's time to sell them off to someone who will use and enjoy them. Having been out the cycling game for years, I have no sense of value or what I should try sell them for. Could I post them here, and is anyone able to give me some guidance or a range?

I dont recomment the one in this pic. I have used a trailer with one. the tyre rub and on my lat trip, it actually wore right though the side wall. PLUS the bikes are not that steady on the above setup.

Yip, my rack from Mark is on route. It s new product he has developed in which the bike wheels stay on - much like the Thule trailer system. He can custome make stuff for you if needed. Good guy too....

DONT let it dry. will heal much faster is it remains covered and "wet'. Chemists/Drs have a large spongy plaster type thing. U put it on and leave it for 5 days..... Its inpregnated with some meds etc.... After a few days it looks and smells bleak, but when u take it off... VOILA! I had a roasty I let dru on my ankle, it formed a scab and I had to go to the Drs rooms to have it sorted out for 8 weeks.

where/who has the best and widest slection of winter gear. All the shops I have been to have limited range. Online shops have some good deals but then sizing is difficult. any ideas guys?

DommisseWhat anti biotics were you on? I have been on antibiotics for 7 years, every single day, for a autoimmune disease.... and I ride as I would if not on them.... they type of anti biotic is the NB thing. They generally stay in your system for 5-7 days after your last dose. Part of my medication regime is to take cortisone, again the dosage is the main issue. How many mg's are you takin?. Generally it wont be an issue for a 1 day race, but it will give you cramp if you doing multi stage events in the later days I wouldnt worry about the cortisone if you taking under 30mg a day. If you want, just dont take it on race day morning. Definitly ride, but dont race too hard.

I fell of 7 weeks ago, and a roastie on my ankle got infected. Go to dischem, get some Intrasite (Clear gel) and a tegaderm plater (its like aclaer plactic film) It is what thegave me in casualty. they said I may need a skin graft, but a week of the above and its sorted!!!

Pity the spruit is full of sewage. Especially when it rains. So sad to see overflowing sewage pipes draining into the river.....and then 50 meters donwstream a local dude is getting dunked in the water by his mates in white robes!
