You should be on a LARGE frame....show CC the middle finger and find a store that will sell you a large.

Also consider weight restrictions on carbon wheels......yes if you weigh more than 90 kgs, make sure the carbon wheels you buy can support your weight. And a tubular tyre (tubby) is not a tubless tyre.....iow a tubby will not work on a 2 way fit wheel.

Specialized might make good bikes and maybe they should not lose that focus. As for the rest of their products they manufacture, you do have beter options at your disposal. My 2c worth.
