I have found a place here that replaces batteries and such. Going to take my 3 there and hope for the best. The Garmin shop here is not really interested in helping me and they don't have what I want in stock so I hope my watch survives the surgery.

Those Impacts were bomb proof. Only when I hot these did I realise how heavy they were to. Like a brick on each foot 😂 Except for the sole issue these feel lekker on the pedal.

I noticed this today. I have done a total of 5 rides in these shoes. My rides are short so it would be around 50km if that much. I had a pair of impact pro before these and they also pulled loose like this but after 6 years and the pins ate through the soles… I’m anticipating warranty issues as I live in the middle of nowhere and I got these off of Amazon in feb. But flip man. My sons new Adidas tekkies also started pulling loose like this so not sure what is going on there. But I’m pretty miff

The Yuppie in me likes the looks of the fenix better but I don't dive and never will, I hate charging my watch so the enduro is very tempting. Still have some time to fight with myself.

Had a lekker sesh at the skatepark today. Riding there and then a forest trail has helped them gain so much confidence on decents. So lekker to see all the pics. Enjoy the rides!

Glad to read this. I wanted to buy either the fenix or the enduro but decided to wait until my fenix 3 dies. It has started… Pixels are dying and the battery is also just started underperforming. Weird that both happened at the same time but I can still read the screen so I’ll patiently wait for it to die.

Thanks Chris. I’ll do this. This has happened once before but I can’t remember what I did to “fix” it. I remember sleeping with some kind of boot on but thats it.

Not sure what caused this major flare up. I have had minor issues before when I could feel it tear a little but nothing like this yet. I suppose it could be an overuse issue. I could not ride my bike for two months as I was waiting for parts, so I did a lot of trail running. I’m assuming it is that. since then I have been doing various stretches but can honestly say they have brought zero to little relief. When I ride it is not painful but the whole getting out of bed and walking in general is often painful. I’m also starting to think that my inserts are doing more harm than good as my other foot has now also started showing symptoms. What kind of Dr. would be best to see? Physio or pediatrist?

Creedance thread revival. I'm suffering here. I have custom inserts but I'm wondering if they are doing more harm then good. I do stretches, I have started doing strength training to help correct posture. What else can I do? I'm at my wits end. This has been going on for two months, or am I just impatient?

I had to re inflate my x2 the other day after measuring my chain. It is such a ball ache. I do like the shock tho. thanks for the tips on inflating the Zeb.

It has the 3 with buttercups. Not sure if they help but time will tell. Found a physio here the other day, I swear I think it might be the only one so I know where to go knocking now. Ja I sometimes wish I went for a 29” option. Finding things here are difficult enough and not everything ships here either…

I hear you. Never really liked how this Lyrik felt. Put in a new dampener a while back feels better but still not mad about it. only reason I’m thinking about this Zeb is cause it is literally the only 27.5” fork any bike shop here has and it is half off.

I don’t want to be like Sam Hill so a Zeb makes even more sense now.

A 29" Lyric, and a SID. They never carried much stock to start with. Getting anything this side of the world is a pain in the backside.

170mm, The Zeb has the same. Currently fluctuating between 95 and 100. Need to buckle down and get to 92 tho.

So... I can already see the logical responses coming but here goes. My LBS is closing down and they have a 50% off sale. I have a 2019 Lyrik RC2 on my bike and have wanted to upgrade it for some time now. I would go with another Lyrik but they only have a 29'' one in stock and as luck would have it I need 27.5. I don't do mal stuff hence I'm wondering if an average Joe like me would benefit from it. So here is my question. Is it worth it? Does the Zeb feel better, like plusher? Does it actually feel stiffer? Will I eventually be able to manual?

I use dry lube and washed the bike before taking pics. When I looked at it I also thought damn that looks rusty.
