  4. That definately does. Good luck man. Not only with the smoking but everything. Remember the smoke will not help to improve your situation what so ever. Rather do 10 pushups or whatever.

  10. Well done! Yea with me it does. Every now and then it is super bad. But then I just think how much I have put in to this and how poef it would be to go through it again. Think I have been off of the smokes for 3 months and I still get it.

I have read the help thing on the garmin app but I'm not sure if all the dots represent my run or is it comparing me with others? Are my dots the red ones? What is that line in the middle for? Thanks!

  20. I'm going to start it then, I'm following a light marathon training programme and my legs are so flippen sore. Esp my left calf, but when I run it feels like I put down my left foot harder than my right.
