  1. Hey Guys Sorry to bring up an old thread. My local designer is not available. The one I use far away is most likely busy building trails or riding his bike or working this weekend. I need a "small" job doing on the fly. About 10 images reszing and then one or two images mixed into a website/facebook banner. Anyone who can help out quick ? Payment can be done in beers/coffee/warning points.
  2. Italian pilots training on quick extraction of downed pilots.
  3. As an aside question to this all. Can they do blood test for colon cancer or is it a scope and look see ?
  4. what software are you guys using to edit your videos ?
  5. All the above led me to this. Which it turns out is very interesting, especially in a military context, where the public do not get involved. However, at the end of the clip, members of the audience respond to the haka challenge, to which every stays still till it is over, including the NCO's who performed the haka with the troops. This is a great understanding of how culture plays a role in military life. After the haka is finished military decorum takes over the the troops go back to line. Pretty darn cool.
  6. If I was the company commander staring that down...from brand new troopies nogal ... eish that is tradition and culture right there. Great respect.

  23. https://africageographic.com/blog/kasanka-bat-migration/ The info in the video is slightly outdated. The used mini solar panels linked to a tiny GPS to track 4 male bats. They moved up to 500km away one as far as 1000km. They spend the rest of their lives in the dwindling forests of DRC. The landscape ecosystem level dynamics are incredible, let alone local level.
  24. The bats. Biggest mammal migration on the planet! And then across to the 2nd largest wildebeest migration on the planet behind serengeti
