  1. if you train hard .More than 2h at a time .you will lose muscle afterwards if you dont replenish quicky .It takes too long for a meal to digest .By that time you have broken down muscle and then start buiding again .If you take stuff with peptopro for example ,your muscles recover faster and you keep what you have just trained for so hard .

  3. Our backline is week due to injury mainly .Playing against the best backline in the world .Simple really .You need strong tacking centres like Frans steyn caliber .When our backs are strong we win .when they are week we lose

Like any other muscle in the body your ciliary muscle that regulates your accomodation gets tired or fatigued after hours of looking far and near without rest .especially if you are riding tecknical terrian .The other problem is that you are looking forward with your head down .Normal living and working rarely puts you in such a posture .Then there is the the air blowing away your tearfilm and the debri allergens sweat ext .No pair of riding glasses will help with all of that .Stay hydrated ,wear a buff or sweatband .Glasses that surround your eyes and whenyou get to a flat stretch of road ,sit up and look far ahead instead of looking at the road

  9. i am flying down with 1 time sat morning .Anybody want to split a taxi to oudshoorn with me .Zeelies quote with trailer R450.0.I am prepared as i will ever be .My legs have been sore for a month now from training .Giving them a rest now .Still unsure how to prevent cramping

My JoeBlow is 10 years old and is still used every week .I had a lyzyne dubble action pompie that worked also for 9 years and then got appropriated by a less fortunate with the rest of my bike .I bought a ryder plastic hand weapon that makes noises but never blows any air ..Those lyzyne combo sets with the bomb carriers will be my next pump
  11. No can do ! Half of the spur schools mtb challenge ride 29 ers .Even the ones that cant reach the handelbars .I think it has merit though

  13. Sorry scotty .didn,t mean to insult you .You look like a 100kg rider .Don,t you loose traction on climbs .Cool pic!I never had a proper 26",only HT .I have 3 29"bikes at the moment .Might consider a 27.5' , but never 26".I am 6.4" tall

  15. if you are 6.4' you are going to look stupid on a 26'. If you are 5.4' you are going to look stupid on a 29' .Figure it out yourself !

  17. Go ride them and decide .Anthem has a more aggresive geometry and maestro works realy well .Consistent good reviews from all over .Perfect bike for xc racing .Scott is a good package .You will be happy with either.Both are full xt..I prefer the rockshox, monarch setup of the anthem
  18. Also lost 10min with river confusion .I think the organizers could have cleaned the route from branches and fallen trees .These trails are used daily by the riders in the field .Route preparation 5/10 .Go learn route preparation from the eqstra srping classic guys !
