I think if the running part of a triathlon was first and then the swimming there will be less problems .Firstly, less dangerous water crowding,warmup on the road as opposed to water is safer and if the athlete has a problem ,they can stop safely as opposed to drowning when they stop swimming .Starting an event with pumping adrenalin ,cold muscles and cold water with an anxiety induced tachycardia is just a bad idea

Like the man said .Anthem all the way .You don,t need all that lockout .Once setup correctly ,they are great bikes.I also went from merida matts 26 v braks to anthem 29 .Best move i ever made.You can build a pyga oneten for your 35k .Both these bike have excellent resale value also

Bruce reyneke carries sixs stock .I also have some nike compression stuff that works realy well .Bought those from nike store in atterbury value mart .Sixs is the best ,but costly

Eqestra Spring classic was the best one day event apart from the monster .

Buy a Giant anthem instead .No expensive sevicing and good shocks all round .Alu models are only slightly heavier than carbon scott
