Power meter is awesome! did some serious intervals yesterday up klapperkop using powertap that our team coach lends us if we need to use power.. Much better then heart rate id say!

Strava is fun.. Dont take a piss on it! If you are a competitive rider and going out to chase a KOM its all in good faith and keeps us as cyclist motivated and driven.. Sure dont go drown yourself in a bottle of Klippies or Nederburg if you dont get the KOM, its a guideline to what some of the pro's are able to do and your measurement against them.. Relax people!
