  1. sjoe i wouldn't say its easy would you? its a very delicate job to do i think and in my situation where iv NEVER worked with carbon before, i wont claim its easy! what would you suggest though?
  2. haha sien, ekt nooit aan die bottle cages geraak nie, die shop het dit op gesit! Thanx for all the advice, feel a bit more relieved to the situation, will go to my LBS and take it from there!
  3. Hi guys After the race this weekend, both my bottles fell out during the race!! Now the reason was, one bottle cage was broken and for some reason the second bottle cage, the nut pullet out of the carbon!! Does any one know how to fix this or where? I live in Pretoria Please check the attached pictures

  5. Hi guys and girls This past weekend i was told iv got Bursitis and ruptured fibers in my knee, is there anyone that had the same injury? The doc told me I should rest for about 2 weeks before i touch a bicycle again, that sounds a bit short for quite a serious injury? Please guys any advice will help, at the moment im very frustrated because i cycle around 14hours weekly and now nothing! Thanks Regards!

  7. yes 2012 event? i know that region very well, have friends that has a house there!! have gone up those hills ALOT of times, killer race probably but definitely worth it!! :clap:

  10. the only thing that works for me is that my fingers must get so cold that i don't feel them anymore, then i have nothing left to worry about! the sun will warm it up sometime...

  14. I also have Rocket rons, very light and thin tire but also agree, too many punctures!!
  15. Get a towbar, just fitted mine!! i think the ball mounted thules are the most reliable and safest!! a bit more expensive on the other hand!
  16. A suggestion is to join a club and ride in their slow groups
