Ok..... SRAM has a Gripshift that works on Shimano.... You will have to special order it in but it is available.... On the difirent tipes of riding you do...... The shifters have a negative feedback.... that meens that you twist it for a couple of mills before it wil actually shifts.... maybe that can solve ur problem.... or just make ur grips a bit wider by using handlebartape on ur mtb bars, wrap it double and then it is nice and thick aswell.....then you can just move ur hands....

Joe's super sealant has an amonia free sealant out now....... think its the amonia that causes the tire faliures..... but dont quoye me on it... its just a guess.......
