  12. I would take the Momsen, some of the critical components like fork is better and is also a local bike. Also consider other bikes as their is a lot to choose from.

  15. Depends on your genetic composition and what your goals are. If you just want to finish start training 3 weeks before If you want to race intervals and strength training during the week and in the gym, combined with long rides on the weekends will be my advice.

  17. Hi guys I'm new in the area just recently moved here and is looking for a LBS to take my bike in for service and parts upgrade with the best service and prices. I have been looking around and there seems to be quite a lot to choose from. Would like your opinions on the various shops and recommendations?
  18. If you do not own a roadbike and only a mtb, slicks will definately help you during the race even if someone is just trying to finish.
