  1. Average distance per week has dropped from 150km's to 70km's. Stupid rain. I'll cycle in drizzle but not when its pissing, mud doesn't do wonders to the gears/brakes either
  2. Any idea when the photo's will be up?
  3. I just googled tjoob at work at Google returned results about a pornstar!
  4. Tony Martin’s TT Bike for Critérium du Dauphiné. Ok, how many teeth are on that big ring?!?

  8. Don't dates make you **** yourself? Excuse my ignorance :/
  9. By VA i'm assuming you mean Virign Active? If so yes I am, which VA does one ride from?

  11. Durely noted, thanks for the advice! Much appreciated
  12. Thanks! That sounds like a decent route, what kind of distance would you cover with that route +-

  14. Before I begin yes I did search for a similar topic in theHubs Forums but found nothing similar, hence the new post. I'm in the process of buying a road bike so natrually one needs to ride on the road with one of those. Unfortunately we're living in a time where most vehicles have little or no regard for cyclists. My question to all cyclists living in the mother city is where's the best/safest place to cycle? Or better yet I guess I could also ask also what areas to avoid when cycling on the road. Look forward to your feedback...
  15. Cycle Lab sells it.
  16. My riding meals of choice is either boiled baby potatoes(easy to eat while you ride) or a hotdog roll with the insides ripped out that has peanut butter/nutello inside and a whole banana. yum
  17. Yeah this is what my riding desperately needs. Needs to start putting down decent 80km + cycles. Feel it will help my racing loads, it's just the cars around you that are the buggers.
  18. I'm looking to buy a road bike. It'll purely be for training purposes so it doesn't have to be dripping with carbon and SRAM components. Can anyone advise any possilbe opyions? Been looking in the classifieds but also considering buying new.
  19. looks like i need to start looking into buying a road bike...
  20. Yip, Taxi's the most off putting thing about hitting the road :/
