So many nervous riders in Group E, i'm no seasoned professional but riders were very edgy, dropping water bottles and slamming on anchors for no apparent season. Managed to avoid two crashes on Wynberg hill
surprised you got good service. friend of mine has been given the runaround by them regarding a hanger he ordered two months ago! I only go there if I know exactly what I need. Would rather order parts from CWC.

Currently got the Tundra 2 saddle on my XTC, too narrow for my sit bones. Popping on the Spez Phenom Expert on tomorrow, slightly wider for my fat arse. Heard only good things about the Phenom, but yes get your sit bones measured.
Haven't had a ciggie for over a 18 months, just went cold turkey. Main reason for stopping was to improve my cycling, and it did, tenfold! Forget the patches and gum, if you want it enough you'll stop!
I agree. I initially shaved but was then informed by a specialist that shaving causes your leg hair to come back thicker, so changed to the waxing option, and yes you get used to it, so HTFU...
