Milky....i would definitely recommend Dr.Marc Nortje at Vincent P Hospital to you. I also suffered with this pain in the groin area for years. I could not sit on chair for extended periods wothout pain....and it turned out to be labrum tear which only a MRI picked up .....Been for bike fits, all types of scans , physio, cortisone injection via ultrasound scan, etc...through various specialist including Sports Science Centre.... Had the hip arthroscopic procedure, discharged after two days and lots of home physio exercises...90% resolved and yes, stick have clicking noise from the hip area with some movements

Having done 21.Having done sub3. And not partaking next year and a few after that due to my personal reasons.....I think it's a money grab playing on the the few who would actual fall for this. The whole point of the cycle tour is riding on closed roads around the beautiful Cape Town peninsula, sub3 or not. So riding any route vitual or not will not be the same. Buying a medal and saying I rode the CTCT..🤔
