Did it with my daughter on an old Trek Tandem 8 speed. We did a 4.14 and she was a superstar. This was probably my best 94.7 ever. I am 55 and she is 20. Our next goal is Ironman 2015

The incident on Black Reef involved a silver Nissan MPV

The lady that was hit by the car is ok. My daughter and i were coming back from our club ride and saw the incident happen.The car was not at fault as the EMPD officer was on his cell and waved a car through the intersection without looking.My daughter who is a nursing sister checked her and although a bit sore she was ok and continued her ride leg. straightened her brs and Sti and she was good to go.

A true gentleman who I met as kids racing the old top star route on saterday afternoons and was fortunate enough to race against him in the 50+ cat this year.when we heard he was coming back we all crapped ourselves because we knew the hurt he would dish out once he was back to full fitness.
