  1. I need one of them. When I re-do my kitchen. First item on the list.
  2. I still have to say that the way Marc rides that bike is just awe inspiring. As long as the front is going in the right direction, he doesn't care if the rear is knocking shots in a dive-bar. He just RIDES. I also have to wonder what would have happened had he not gunned it like that in the opening laps - that must have added to the degradation woes. Either way - Where are the Rossi Detractors now!? No cries of "he's an old man" "he's lost the edge" "he'll never be a title contender" "leave it to the young guns" ??? PAH It's been a standard saying for the past 15 years or so - Write Him Off at Your Peril.
  3. LOOL. From Marques? No, I don't reckon he's that kinda guy. Rossi did look back to see if he was clear, and he was at that point. Just that at the flip-flop Marc had crept up on him again and was IMO too close. Redemption for his pass on Bautista in Rd 1, Maybe? :ninja:
  4. What a ride from Rossi! To claw back more than 4s like that was simply amazing. In the visuals you could see the speed differential in the corners with Rossi being able to hold a much higher speed than Marquez. Having said that I'm bitterly disappointed that Marc took himself out like that cos he really deserved the points. Crutchlow's pass on the 2nd last corner was brilliant ans capitalised on the error by Iannone running wide. If Marc had chosen the extra hard as he originally went with and not changed yo the hard rear on the grid it probably would have been an entirely different race Goooooooo Vale!
  5. If I didn't have a pork belly in the oven...
  6. And now that I've finished s1 of daredevil... Next - The Flash. On download now.
  7. Yep. No need for zorst gas to provide enough pressure for the turbo vanes to spin (wwhich is why a turbo has lag, and the bigger the turbo the more the lag) Spins directly off the crank so there's pressure from rev 1.
  8. I'd like it but it's not a necessity. But this bike - she is niiiiiiice
  9. It'd reduce the height of the bb by approx 0.7 inches depending on the tyres used. Given that it's already low, I wouldn't do it. If you're looking at a pyga for 650b then I'd go for the 120/650b. it's not carbon though.
  10. That must be an absolute brute... Love it though.
  11. Wouldn't call it amazing, myself. Twice the price of the SID, not enough torsional rigidity to shake a stick at... meh. Nah. Rather stick a reba or revelation on there
  12. They are my next rims. 35mm internal with goodness and a reasonable max tension rating.
  13. I would imagine a frame only price of about 30 to 35... Ryan? That's with a shock tho
  14. What we were talking about the other day? That 160 looks seriously, seriously good.
  15. That's still very reasonable, but I'd rather go for the light bicycle or Derby rims.
  16. I like that! A lot! Very novel way of positioning the 2nd bottle...
  17. "Our time with the Lauf is short"...
  18. but why NOT the orange? I got me the green & orange ones of these http://thepathbikeshop.com/images/new_products/2014/components/Santa-Cruz-Palmdale-ODI-Aaron-Gwin-grips.jpg
  19. With a fever running in the high 38's the past few days there's no bike time at all...
  20. Getting sucked in to Daredevil atm. If this is how Netflix are going to do their series going forwards, I see a lot of lost time on my hands.
  21. please, not this line of reasoning again... They cannot store generating power. So they have to switch off however many areas they need to in order to match their generating capacity plus a certain security buffer. If they switched off the whole country that would gain them nothing. In actual fact, they would lose big time, as they would have to run down all generating capacity, which then takes upwards of 2 weeks to get back on line. It's not one big ass battery. It's power. Power needs to go somewhere. It's not about "making it up" by switching us off. It's about them matching our demand to what they can supply.
