I have been using Stans sealant with no hassles for the past 6 years and recently swapped to Sludge Uniseal as recommended by Bells cycles.
Very very happy with it.
And it is basically half the price of Stans.
Got it from Evo. R295 per litre.
It looks like they are out of stock right now though.
Hi, there are a few fun trails around Magoebaskloof area and more in Tzaneen.
They are probably more the Enduro type.
The ones in Tzaneen are by far the most challenging and longest of the lot.

How was the shipping experience? Time and costs...
Hi, I used DHL for shipping. I can't remember how much it was extra but not too bad at all. i got the pedals delivered to my door in less than a week and the whole thing cost me just under R2200
Excellent service from Bike Market! I was looking for a clamp for my SRAM guide brakes so I put it on MTB do it Downhill on FB... Within 5 minutes, Alex replied that he had one for me at Bike Market.
Within an hour it left the shop on its way to me in Tzaneen / Limpopo!!!
This is the best customer service/care I have experienced from any shop as far as I can remember.
Well done Bike Market team!!!
Ok So who is doing the annual pilgrimage to the Alps this year?
There's a 60% (And growing) chance that I'll be there the first week of July.
Gonna take my trail bike and rent a roadie for 2 maybe 3 days.
Same percentage but second week ot July.
If it happens, it will be at BSM (Bourg Saint Maurice) far less crowded than the PDS and very good riding.... taking my (only) Enduro bike...
Looks very good!!!
Gauteng Provincial DH an SA Cup DH at Hakahana???

It depends on what you define as "great" single track. Do you want natural features, manmade features, flow, or beautiful scenery? My choices:
- Climb all the way to the top and bomb down a feature filled track : Jonkershoek by a country mile!!! ( The flow on these tracks are also great!)
- Undulating single track with great features most of it under tree canopy: Garden Route trail Park
- Up, down and up and down again in 40deg with some cool features: Hoogekraal
- Flowy single track with varied terrain, great rock gardens, and the odd feature: Karkloof / Howick trails.
In Johannesburg my favorite is the Spruit. That's just me; I like the features in the Spruit. None of the other trails in Gauteng have jumps that's on the same level. (I'm talking trails here, not jump lines like Wolwe or Huddle.) The other venue that's almost there is Hakahana. I would not categorize it as flowy or feature filled, but it's very good in the Gauteng terms. (The terrain unfortunately kills flow in the sense that it is very rocky.)
Venues like Van Gaalens, Groenkloof, Rietvlei etc. have no or very little features and flow, so I would categorize them with the trails above.
Features being jumps, berms and drops.
The best single track depends from rider to rider. I like trail features and flow.
Well, you still have to try our 3 trails in Tzaneen (Climb all the way to the top and bomb down a feature filled track).....

That yellow comp1 with the new Lyrik is calling my name!!!
I'm looking for a set of Pdm 530 trail pedals, the Xt and Xtr versions are way too expensive, does anyone know where I can find mentioned pedals please?
Look at posts 6833 to 6835

These trails are unfortunately (or not) not very well known but they are certainly worth a try if you are in the area. (Probably more for the intermediate to advanced rider)
