Agreed! Not bad at all considering the whole thing is crowd funded at the moment. They also need to work on a mobile app for Android phones... I'm trying to get hold of the developer to see what their release plans are.

Something really cool given the current crime problem. A mobile bike tracking tool that you and the cycling community can use to track stolen bikes down. About 70kms give or take.

A buddy of mine took a spill over the weekend, and was sorted out in casualty (wasn't admitted or anything). Did X-rays and all kinds of scans, and ended up having to clear his MSA.... The rest of the costs (substantial) he has to carry on his own. Fine print is a bugger, know what you are covered for to avoid (or lessen) the shock and disappointment.

Sports.... Couldn't make out any specific club though. Pity...

Is it just me, or has anybody else noticed an increase in the number of people riding WITHOUT helmets?? Seriously, 5 guys in the last 4 days (in peak traffic and low light conditions as well). And the Darwin Award goes to.....

The entry level Trek Bikes (Mamba etc) are reasonably bulletproof. The standard rims also take a fair beating from above and below!

Ride in traffic, get run over. Ride in peace and quiet, get jacked. What a choice!!

Makes any and all of the excuses we come up with seem really stupid.

Worst part about all of this is knowing your bike (which you've invested serious money into) gets sold to some guy for a couple of hundred bucks!! O_o In any case, great news that you got your bike back!

Tragic..... What a great loss for the world of cycling. THINK BIKE!!
